21St Century Insurance Company of The Southwest

I was in a passenger in my friend's car on July 24, 2009. I was injured badly because we were hit by a young girl texting on her phone didn't stop and rear ended us at 50 MPH. I got a lawyer to make sure my medical costs were paid (have all statements to prove costs) and it has dragged out for over 1.5 years, so my lawyer dropped me when we finally found out that Farmer's Lawyers (new Parent Company of 21sCent.) had been stone walling all the procedures because they knew 1) the young lady who hit us was not insured, 2) my friend's father was under insured, and 3) since I had the only full coverage with over $50,000 to protect me in these kinds of accidents, my 21st Century Policy which has always been in great standing had to pay. These Farmer's lawyers/Agents, don't want to allow 21st Century to pay my bills, because they say my claim is a fraud. Yes, the Hospital, doctors, and Physical all lied for me just so I could get this money to pay them thousands of dollars. Gee, if I knew that 21st Century was going to change to a tight fisted, greedy, and non claim paying company after Farmers took them over, I would have left them the moment I learned of this merger. By they way, the lawyers from Farmers who represent my insurer, are Deutinger, Aharonia, and Wells in Fresno, CA. Mr Wells, esq. is the hard nose lawyer who won't pay my bills and called said I lie, when he has all the records I sent him. I even got the CA Insurance Commissioner involved now. Gee, don't get Auto Insurance with Farmers or now 21st Century, they don't like to pay your bills even if you are a safe driver and you were not the cause of your injuries. I will be changing to Geico next month when my policy expires. Good luck with the New 21st Century/Farmers.
