This company is the WORST to deal with. The adjuster "Michael" is hard to get a hold of, and won't return my calls when I leave a message. The last time I talked to him, he told me that he "can't get a hold of his customer" that hit me a month ago, and he needs to talk to her to verify that she did indeed hit me, and caused the damage to my car! Hello Moron...read the police report that I sent you! She was the only person in the car, and she got a ticket! I've been waiting for a month to get my car repaired, and they're dragging their feet! My patience is wearing thin!!!!!!!!!!
My wife was rear-ended by one of their clients. Maria Vasquez is dispicable. They are dragging this out to no end. BBB? I think not. Attorney General complaint is warranted. Contact enough dissatisfied consumers, and file a Class Action Suit!
I am a client with ACCC but only until my policy runs out in a couple weeks thankfully!! I was in a parking lot accident recently my adjuster Glendora is absolutley horrible thats saying the least, I rented a car the next day because mine was not driveable, I had the car almost 2 weeks then my rental people call and say I have to pay out of pocket, um why was I not told this earlier?? This whole time im trying to find out from her when I can take my car to the body shop shes saying no I have to wait on this and that catching an attitude when I do talk to her.This is your job lady you need a new one your horrible at this one, she made my stress sky rocket, so finally after I call the other guys insurance they call her and she calls me back.. really?? Thats a shame.. still with no real answers,.. so Jennifer with State Farm feels my stress she takes care if my rental after finding their insured at fault, is kind understanding and very professional she was the best thing that came out of the wreck..they won me over..ACCC is not in your corner and they are a sad excuse for a business.. never again.
My fiancee was in a car accident 2 weeks ago, and I have not been able to get in touch with them at all. I cannot believe the customer service.
Just read below. We have had issues with every claim and will no longer accept claims from Accc. Accc has F rating with the BBB. If you are hit by one of their insured - file a claim with your ins. co. and let them subrogate the repair. That is why you pay for good insurance and that is your insurance co. job.
This agency is HORRIBLE!!!! The one in Dallas/Ft. Worth is who I am dealing with. I went out with a friend to a movie and did not get back to their house till midnight and found my car pushed up a car length and completely smashed in on the back side. ACCC customer had ran off the road going to fast around a corner in the rain and drinking. He slid into the driveway and hit my car. I have made one car payment and it totaled my 2012 Focus. Now ACCC is saying there might be a problem and they cant cover my loss. Just because they can't get a hold of their client. How CRAPPY is this?! I was not even present at the time of the accident I had to come home and find my car and call 911!!! And now they don't want to pay for my car and rental? Who does this? They need to be shut down for good!!!
They don't provide enough coverage for you and then will say they cannot get in touch with their client and will deny claim. Will never use them.
They are dishonest
If you need to have this company fix your vehicle after an accident, You might as well get a lawyer. They won't pay the full price to fix your vehicle. If you get an estiment, they won't care. they'll pay what they think it should be. My rating for this company is a minus 10. I have to give a (1) rating so I can submit the review.
I was hit by someone that carries ACCC insurance. I was rear ended and now ACCC is dening my claim because they cannont get in touch with there client. They are a shotty company! Get a lawyer!
Beware! On February, 1 I was hit by a customer of ACCC. It was the customers fault. (I was hit from behind) It is February, 25 I have been trying to get my vehicle fixed. I received a 2 page form (in the mail...really???). I contacted the agent with questions regarding this lengthy form I am to fill out and I still have not received a return call. Customer service sucks. Thank God for my GEICO. They have been more helpful during this fiasco. I feel sorry for anyone who is a customer of ACCC. I guess you get what you pay for!
I just started insurance with them january,feb 3rd we had hail I put claim they cancelled me...... Because a claim within 3o days, what is that all about... My brand new car like I asked for hail do not do not do not use this place go elsewhere...... I paid this month they are going to cancel 24th
I was rear ended by one of this company's customers. It was been over one week and the claims adjuster maintains that he can not contact the insured person for a statement about the accident. He claims that it has to be a certified adjuster to take the statement. According to my insurance agent this is total BS. I have given up on getting ACCC to do the right thing. I am going to let my collision coverage take of my repairs and then let Farmers Insurance laywers take of getting money out of ACCC. Any one would be stupid to buy insurance from these jerks.
wow, Im surprised to see these comments. I dont know how old those comments are but I closed my claim with these people about 3 weeks ago. (january 2012) I did not have any issues with them. Customer service was not as bad as people make it to be. You guys must have been at fault in your accident! I was not and i got my car fixed! the only issue i had was getting my fax to go thru them. their line was so busy.
Please don't do any business with ACCC Insurance Company in Georgia, they will sue their own customers.
Having a lot of problems getting paid for a parking lot accident. They claim their insured won't take their calls and we are hear out of luck with nobody to be accountable for the damage. I see other have had the same problems,
I was hit by someone insured by this company. Insurance adjuster answers nine of my calls, never returns a message I had left, won't give me an estimate for the damages of my car, refuses to let me get my car in to a dealership because I don't physically have my title and its not coming up in the system, but yet I have a registration receipt. FING IDIOTS. I'm getting an attorney.
Their insured rear-end my son. Their insured was ticketed. They refuse to pay because their insured refuses to cooperate.
I have been with the company about 6months and last week some one broke my window out and damage the outside of my car really bad. This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Their client decided to let her son to drive without a license and hit my car. Four months later, I'm still dealing with it. It is ridicules. I VERY disappointed about their service and professional manner. I'm running out of reason not to file a complaint with the BBB.
I was hit by their client May 19,2011 and it has been a nightmare to deal with. They have not been wanting to pay for rental car,mdeical and now the towing charge for my car that they want me to pay! This company is absoultley horrible... i had a claim with an adjuster irene hicks in san antonio... she was mean..rude.. and not helpful at all.. went to her manager he did know what was going on... called there home office in houston spoke with some jerk did not know his head from his a$$ if you are hit by one of their insureds get a lawyer.. the people they hire are not insurance quality people... ran a background check and one of their claims directors was in prison!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is a totally careless, and should be off the market. You go through so much trouble getting through to a person, and then the person refuses to help you. I was in a car accident with this company and my claim adjustor Lisa Davis refuses to help or even give me information about my case. I agree the only way to deal with this insurance company is with a lawyer immediately. VERY, VERY, VERY BAD INSURANCE COMPANY. DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This company is absolutely horrible! I was hit by an individual who was insured with their company in February 2011 and they still have not paid me for the damages. This company could careless about you or your property. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If yor are hit by someone insured by them, I recommend you immediately get a lawyer. I only give them a one because that's the lowest the rating will allow.
