A hail storm hit my neighborhood on 2/11/13 and a claim was filed on 2/15/13. Every house on my block were approved and had roofs already replaced and also all homes behind my home. I am the only one with American Risk and was the only one denied. I also called to get another claim number for window screens and garage door and they told me I didn't need another claim# and that they would send the adjuster back out to look - this never happened. A request for a second re-inspection with a different adjuster was requested and denied. I am still fighting for my rights and going through a nightmare. I rate -5 billion

HORRIBLE ..... looks like I will be going to Court. Do not use this insurance company. Worst experience ever.

I filed hail damage claim with ARI on 1/23/2012, after that I never got chance to talk to them. Line is busy and voice mail box is full. They denied my calim today for no reason on 2/16 when I finally spoke to them. My neighborhood has been hit by tonado and has a record! I did not make hail but weather did!I wish I can rate it to zero.

This company has sent us bills multiple times even though we have never had insurance through their company. They have been a nightmare to work with and I am shocked that they legally get away with what they do.
