Do NOT buy Long Term Health Care from Bankers Life. My mom has paid in almost $200k grand over the years and then when she filed the claims, they have have come up with more excuses not to pay... It has been four months and we still have not received a penny! Everytime you call you get the run around from a different customer service rep. Different story every time. Excuse after excuse. I am filing claim in BBB and going to the Attorney General's office. Don't waste your money unless you never expect to get it back!
