I was hit by someone who has this insurance and they have called me harrassing me repeatedly about not wanting to fix my vehicle and doubting the fact that it has thousands of $ worth of damage. VERY cheaply run company and very poor customer service for the person who has this insurance plus the person who was hit!!!!! Do not waist your money.

I was in an accident that was not my fault and the other party has this insurance. They are horrible!! They could care less if I have a vehicle and do not get in a hurry about anything. I am having to pay for my own rental car while they decide if they are going to take blame or not. It is ridiculous how they conduct business.
