I have had the worst experience with an insurance company ever-- I call to submit claim- Placed on hold for 30min-1hr and still no answer-- I have no local agent. Claim started October 2011 and to this date December 7th-- still no resolve-- My property is still not repaired and since have placed another claim for different accident to my property--hit and run-- and no one has called to even send adjuster- Please someone help me-- Contact number 432 553-8676
New Customer Bout To End Service
This insurance company, is a pool literary filled with sewage waste. For 2 months, they say they are reviewing my claim. every week!!!!! they ask for the same paper work, that mysteriously disappears after they say they have it. I constantly ask to speak to a (Supervisor), they will not do it. On more than 1 occasion, they have hung the phone up in my face. I wished I never went with this company ever, my claim is still not resolved. (Note there policy says 7-10 days to decide on you're claim, once they have everything.) I will will report this fraud of a company, to the (BBB) Better Business Bureau, along with the National insurance board. This company only takes you're money, and doe's not really offer insurance. This place is a Ponzi scam, keep you're money folks.
