Cincinnati Insurance Company Reviews: 1 Review

We have been with this company for 25 years We just had a claim for a toilet over flow because a of a damaged pipe. Before we had any work done I was told that we had $300,000 to cover our damage because it happened on the main floor. We hired Serve Pro and got started on the work. A week later the claims adjuster came out and informed us that we get a whopping $5000 for $30,000 worth of damage. What a joke. Beware. The mistake we made was in thinking that our agent Scott Lindsey, would guide us in what we needed to spend to get adequate coverage. Didn't suggest a thing. Let me tell everyone out there that $5000 coverage is NOTHING for sewege damage. You get insurance for catastrophic disaster, no one would say $5000 would cover any kind of disaster. I rate this company a 1
