Do not trust this company!! They took us for 600 dollars until we figured out it was life insurance and not a roth ira. The salesmen told us it was a roth ira account and my husband and I were all for it due to me having my own business and not having a 401k to fall back on some day. We are young and were told to sign here at the dotted line... Our tax preparer looked at it and said nooo you guys didn't fall for this.. Here to find out its life insurance and not even a good policy. This place uses old data and there are better and cheaper life insurance that will pay out more.. We canceled and we were told we would get 100 back for the month we canceled and here Scott Cooper the manager for some reason decided to only give us $49.32 back we are still waiting on him to call us back to find out why, when we were told we would get the full $100. They made out on us and they can't even do what they said they were going to!! Do not trust them they are frauds and liars!!!!
They can be a little slow with claim but they take care you.

I have been trying to reach them with a question for several days now. When I call I get instantly put on hold then auto transferred to leave a message and they never call back. NOT GOOD ..

I have had nothing but problems with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. We signed up in July, and they never took out the monthly premium even though they had the information. They didn't let us know that we were behind in payments until I called, and then when I sent in a check, they not only cashed it, but told me later that it was too late and that they were suspending my policy for late payments. They said over a month ago that they would refund my money but I haven't seen anything.

Still being charged over three months after cancelling. Bad processing it seems. Don't recommend to anyone.

They suck! First it wasn't real insurance and they kept saying it was processing and then they charged 2 different cards! They also after canceling it charged the cards again! This is a NO GO COMPANY!!!

poor response to our needs. they keep claiming our claim is in review, its being processed, its being expedited, its in review again, but we get nowhere after 3 months. Why pay for insurance that doesn't happen when you need it
