I was in an accident on March 25th, 2011 and have been waiting ever since for payment. I have made numerous attempts to contact people with your office both by telephone and mail. However these attempts have not gotten me anywhere. No one has returned my calls in over 6 months. I am making another attempt now by sending this review to see if maybe I can get someone to call me back. My telephone number is 602-501-8578. You can reach me anytime day or night. I have fallen on hard times and I have bills that are going unpaid due to this issue. I have a car payment due on December 9th and I desperatley need the money that you guys owe me for my accident in order to make this payment. I am unemployed at the moment and due to the neck injury I sustained in the accident that took place on March 25th I still have a significant amount of pain. From what I was told by State Farm Insurance Company you guys are willing to take fault for 25% of my bodily injury and 25% of my property damage claims. This is my 6th attempt at making contact with you guys trying to get the money that is owed to me so that I can pay my bills. Please get back to me at your earliest convienence.
