One of your customers, Wade Perkins from Edina, MO slide on the snow with his 1994 Chevy Lumina and ran into my van on Hwy 24 between Madison and Paris, MO on 2/24/2011. My van is at Buck's Auto Repair and Body Shop in Holiday. I reported the accident to my insurance agent, Eddie Brown American Family in Hannibal on 2/25/2011. They called your agent Brad Sharp (573-215-2703) on the 25th and again on the 28th. The agent nor an adjuster has contacted me as of 12:30pm 3/1/2011. My van is not drivable. I am driving a borrowed vehicle from the Body Shop, but the heater does not work. I need someone to contact me or my insurance agent immediately to deal with this situation.
