I have never had such poor service from any insurance co. This company has drug their feet and procrastinated on every claim until I'm about ready to hire a lawyer just to let them know that I'm in need of the refund check they keep insisting has been sent and returned to them.
I have a major problem with Equity ins. com. my insurance has been cancellef snd the company I opened the policy with has closed down snd I cannot get help I have been trying to resolve this and am unable to get anyones assistance please have a rep contact me ASAP! I am currently having problems with my adjuster named Joe McKim. I have no car at ALL. It seems as if he do not care. I pay 304 every month for full coverage and I have went a week without transportation.
