Fidelity National Indemnity Insurance Company Reviews: 1 Review

This company's customer service is horrible. I have called them an average of 2 times a year regarding my policy and each time they tell me I can't do anything, that I HAVE to contact my agent or my bank and they HAVE to contact them. Both my bank and my agent tell me this not true and I need to contact Fidelity..so I do and I get the same thing. Well finally I'm cancelling my policy and of course now I'm told AGAIN, what I HAVE to do! Not once have they offered any assistance except to tell me what my agent, bank or me HAVE to do. Thank God I won't HAVE to deal with them again and that I never had to file a claim.
