This insurance property suffers from severe organization problems. They cancelled my policy simply because my credit card expiration date changed. They did not even bother calling me asking me for a new credit card (even though in the mean time I talked to them 2 times on the phone). I talked to the manager and he was not helpful at all and he said that for 4 days delay he could not fix the mistake and it was my resposnibility to make sure I keep my credit card information. Bad experience and an amazing waste of time.
this is a stupid company. no customer services. online quote said a rep will contact but it's been days now and no one has called. so, I had to phone them and then got a way highter premium than the one online. lies! also how is one to collect your money when something does happen to one's house if the employee are not responding to online requests?
the worst company ever! They are so sneaky, first give you a low quote, then bill you a way higher premium because they "inspected" that your house is worth way higher than your house really worth. There is not a negative rate, which is the rate I would like to give them. Be careful with this company!
