As with other reviewer> I have tried at least 50 times to contact company by telephone at their customer service number and have never been able to get through. I was beginning to think the company was a scam but the the Insurance commisioner of Virginia says they are legite...but so was Enron and Bernie

Having been trying for 2 weeks to reach company by telephone at least 20 calls. Each time I receive a recording that all lines or busy. Have left messages requesting call back..Have never received one...Have emailed company with specific questions and each time the questions are not even addressed...Makes me wonder if company is having problems..
