they may be cheaper but they will try to screw you when you have a claim. They use a 3rd party adjusting company, The Littleton Group and they low ball you on everything.. bad customer service from both companies..

I agree. I would give negative stars. My husband was hit by a customer of this HORRIBLE insurance company back in September. We still have not been compensated for the damages. They have told us three different times the check is on the mail. They even went as far as to tell us it was overnighted. There are too many insurance companies available to give these rats and con artist your business!!!!!!!! I will let everyone know what a horrible company they are!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give a minus stars...I would...I was forced to give a one star before I could submit my review. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. I put this company on the map...been with you for 30 years. As long as you pay in to the bank...you can be a customer. When you withdraw from the bank...you get cancelled. I think it should be against the law for insurance companies to take your money and then cancel your insurance when you need it back. That's the whole reason we take out insurance, isn't it?
