Horrible!!

This is regarding the "corporate office". Certainly don't deserve even a one but couldn't write review without it. No one answers the phone after 5 p.m. or weekends for any reason. How pathetic! The number on the website for "serious claims" is disconnected. Is this company solvent? Maybe that's why their adjuster Don Bernshausen doesn't respond to process claims or maybe they just like to get your money, which is obviously less than most insurance companies but it comes with a price tag eventually. If you have a claim, don't expect any service but they definitely want your premium paid on time. I wonder if the Texas State Board of Insurance is okay with how they run their business? Beware!!!!
