My daughter left my disabled car LEGALLY parked on the side of the road and it was plowed into by a distracted driver who was not the named insured. First they didn't want to pay because their insured was not driving. Then they couldn't get ahold of their insured. Then after 2 and a half months, the adjuster says he's done with the investigation and they were mostly at fault, but said I shared part of the responsiblity. Now after 4 months, I received a notice that they are denying my claim because they see no liablity on the part of their insured. THEY HIT A PARKED CAR!! I'm heading to file a lawsuit today.
Yes same thing as the rest of the reviews. Some 60 year old lady was texting on her phone and missed the fact that 7, yes count them, 7 cars were stopped at a RED light. She plowed into my daughter doing 50 mph (speeding no less) and totaled her first car which we only had a total of 2 1/2 months. We are out of state and can't go back home to give her one of our cars and she is having issues getting to and from work. They have refused to give her fair market value on her car, won't return calls, and won't give her a rental car. They have said they will pay her medical bills but who knows if any of that is true. I have never heard of this insurance company but I think the Attorney General should go after their bad habits. Please keep a record of times and dates you called and if you did talk to anyone who it was. Then please write your state Attorney General and BBB and see if we can get them shut down. There is no need to be treated like crap when it was THEIR customer who created the issue. Oh and the last response from them was "I DON'T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING" Well good for you Infinity because I can see your crappy butt people hold true to their own statements. Going to file with a lawyer in the morning.
Estoy realmente desepcionado de su serbicio, cancele la polisa con esta compañía el 28 de noviembre, pero aun asi me cobraron, me digeron que lego me regresarían el pago, uag pasaron dos meses y aun no recibo el renbolso, que puedo hacer, antes esta actitud ilegal

My daughter was involved in an accident with one of their policy holders when she was driving home from school on November 30. The guy ran a red light and totalled her car. Our carrier filed a claim with them last week. To his credit (?), the Infinity adjuster DID call her to get a statement. However she didn't answer in time. She IMMEDIATELY called him back. No response. That was a week ago. So far, between the two of us, we have left something like SIX voicemails for the guy, and despite the "promise" on his message that the call would be returned "the next business day", we have not heard ANYTHING about the status of our claim or any offer of a settlement. Like Michelle, this was my daughters' first accident ever. Granted this is a 17 year old girl, and the car was an old beater, but we're out 5K, and she's out a car. It's a matter of principle.
Still have yet to hear from an adjuster to look at my vehicle which was damaged by one of their insured drivers, yet her car was looked at and a total loss. What's wrong with this picture - she rear-ended me, she was ticketed, and yet I'm not getting my car fixed!! Now it's time to call twice a day everyday - they should have taken care of me right away! I never want to get hit by someone with this crappy insurance again!! Top it off this was my first accident ever.

If you have infinity auto insurance, be prepared to be sued if you are at fault. They do not handle claims. They do not answer their phones--cancel your insurance with this company. Go with A Farm Bureau company instead!!!!

I am on hold as I write. The accident happened Mar 26, today is April 28, still no word. It is difficult to get a person to talk too and harder to get an answer. Got a lot of your adjuster is on vacation and we will return your call, which they never did. Got pass around to different people who were not familiar with the case. Also scare tactics such as you got a ticket; ok guess what so did your policyholder. My ticket was dismissed. Keri and Amber doing good job holding on to infinity's money
Slow, terrible, act like they are doing you a favor when they pay a claim they should be paying anyway. Had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on and to get them to send me the insurance check. Overall, pretty terrible. I hope I never get in a wreck with one of their insuree's again and sure would never use them as my insurance provider.
