Totally Not Impressed
We have had this life insurance for several years, too many actually. I feel that the service is very poor, and we're not getting anything from them, just giving them our money. If the service is poor now, what will it be like when we need them? I can only imagine. Calling it a loss and moving on.

In 2011 it is very suspicious for a company to electronically access payments from a customer, but not give the same customer electronic access -- not even an email address!
