MetLife uses 3rd party (LexisNexis)info to help figure out your Premiums. I found my C.L.U.E. report listed 5 claims that were NOT mine. Now I know why Metlife increased my premium. Also, I (the customer) have to get the records corrected before Metlife will requote me another premium figure.
0 they did not renew or give any notice.I spoke to them back and forth for 2 mo. then I reck car and all of a sudden no policy
This company likes to steal vehicles that do not belong to them, by filling bogus paperwork to get ownership of someone else's car. They do not make their homework investigating the current ownership of cars they just file and submit papers stealing and trying to auction a vehicle that does not belong to them.
