I have been sent 3 checks for what they say is insufficient premiums.. this is crazy! On top of that I e-pay these dopes every month. My wife had this insurance and got me on it as well! They also keep billing us different payment. This kind of service is what is giving other insurance co.'s bad names. Get your stuff straight monumental or sell off to a co. that can run a proper business!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever they need to get a couple of Walt Disney workshops. I will never do business withthem and im currently looking into changing companies. Im giving 1 star cause i cant submit without giving at least 1.

Right now I would rate the service as poor. My father passed away in the middle of January and we still have not received the payout from the insurance. They have so messed up that customer service does not want to speak to us, they are saying send it in writing. Our answer is to get a lawyer for the mishandling of the claims. The claims were paid to the work person and sent to an address that was over 4 years since moving. On top of that the payments were not sent to the beneficiary, they were sent to a POA but the files were lost at the court house and not filed. Their legal department did not verify. What's going on. Mom needs her money to pay bills that are adding up and no help from this company. I wonder what my wife is going to run into if I pass.
