Even though I have yet to file a claim. I do intend to change companies. I have to agree the customer service is extremely poor. When I have called to obtain my online password to make a payment I did get a lot of attitude and the female was less then patient and accommodating when i asked another question on my account. I must admit I have lagged to change but I am changing companies this month because I think its just a preview of the kind of service im going to get heaven forbid I have to make a claim

This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with! I need to file an emergency claim (I need help right now). My house has flooded! I call the phone number listed and all I get is a recording saying leave my name and phone number, somebody will return my call. I am calling within the stated hours of operation on the recoding. I have called twice now in a 8 hours time frame and no one has returned my call. I have never experience such poor customer service in my life. Do claims people not work on Saturday?
