I am leaving this company. I having been calling and NO ONE answered the phone. Then they are increasing my insurance 137%. =0 CRAZY!

This company sucks! Our house was hit by a tornado and they fought with us on the damage. After 3 separate inspections they came to the conclusion that our roof was not properly installed. They can onlt tell me verbally, but this is why they can only pay for $4k of the $10k roof replacement. They won't allow us to see the inspection to know how our roof was installed incorrectly. The house was brand new when we got this policy. They inspected the dwelling before insuring. After a month we finally get our small check and they mispelled my name, so they have to redo the policy before they can reissue it. REALLY??? They outsourced my claim to some 3rd party that takes their overflow and they each tell me to call the other one. I am filing a complaint with the BBB. This insurance company screws people. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I have 2 homes. The first with State Farm, whom I've been with for more that 30 years covering both my homes and autos. The second home, only a year old, is covered by National Specialty Ins Co. Surprisingly they took care of my roof following a damaging hail storm in an expeditious manner unlike all the negotiating I had to do with State Farm. My experience with them is quite the opposite that I've read below. I can't explain why my experience was so much better but you can be sure that I'll continue with them and I may have to reconsider my association with State Farm.

This company does not respond to a claims even though their client has the police report and witnesses. Never returns phone calls.
Would not recommend this company at all.
