WELL I CAN'T SAY ANYTHING NEGATIVE OR POSITIVE, AS I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR THEIR NUMBER AND CAME ACROSS THE ONE STAR REVIEW. SO I THOUGHT IT FAIR AND SMART TO POST A PRE REVIEW IN ORDER TO FAIRLY RATE THEM AS WE MOVE ALONG IN OUR CLAIM. BOTH MYSELF AND MY WIFE WERE IN A VERY SERIOUS MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT AND ARE JUST TRYING TO COVER OUR MEDICAL EXPENSES AS WE HAD COVERAGE WITH GMAC INSURANCE.SO IT BEGINS...2/9/12
I'VE BEEN WITH THEM ALMOST 2 YEARS AND OVER THAT PERIOD I HAD 2 CLAIMS, WORDS CAN'T EXPLAIN HOW BAD THEY TURNED BOTH DIFFICULT TIMES INTO A NIGHTMARES, YOU DEPEND ON YOUR INSURANCE CO TO BE THERE TO ASSIST YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM, NOT HERE
