I'll second the previous review. They are HORRID to deal with. I wish I could post the emails I've gotten from their claims department. They are so incredibly rude, not to mention incompetent and inconsistent. Every person I've talked to has a different story about what my next step should be, how long I'll have a rental car, even how much $ they'll pay for repairs.
I hope you never have to deal with them.

This company is terrible. They never answer their phone or return calls, even if it's important. I had to file a complaint against them just to get them to acknowledge that one of their drivers hit me, and still months have gone by. Stay away. Stay far away!
