Old American County Mutual Fire Insurance Company Reviews: 1 Review

A nightmare of incompetence and finger pointing. Getting to the truth of where and when your vehichle is going to be fixed is like speaking to a statue. Mr. Ward should be embarrassed for his company. I have spoken to my state representative which is inquiring of the state insurance commisioner about a possible fine for their lousy service and indeed unlawful "bad faith" My vehichle had only minor repacement parts needed, but has now been in the shop 31 days with no payment to the dealership which has fixed it.
