They are bottom feeders do not purchase from this company. I gave them $97.00 as a down payment, I had insurance for three days they took $82.00 of that in so called fees. Do not get a policy if you owe on the car to a lein holder you pay extra for everything nothing is included with the policy,road side assistance is extra just a bad overall experience with this company. I still have not received my refund, it has been about three weeks since I have canceled my policy. The general is not real insurance.

Very poor customer service I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone for insurance the employees are very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful I wouldn't get insurance from them for my dog. Lack of respect and humility.

This company is horrible. They treat folks terribly and should be avoided. They take advantage of good folks in order to save a few bucks for themselves.

I would not use this company or recommend this company to anyone. I have also reported this company to the bbb. I had a claim and they denied it. They are bad at dening claims. So that you really don't have insurance. And when i tried to talk to a supervisor they gave me the run around and i never did get to talk to a supervisor. Very poor service.
