Called in a claim as an injured victim on an auto accident claim. They transferred me about 4 times and gave me two additional numbers to call where I was transferred another 3 times. Won’t take a claim from anyone other than the policy holder. Finally got me to the person who is supposed to handle claims. Got voicemail the last 8 times I called with no call back. I just ended up putting the claim through my own insurance. If I could give it less than 1 I would.

This insurance company engages in fraud. I've read these reviews and I've had the same experience. They don't even respond to other insurance companies. Time for an investigation, don't you think?

Delay appears to be their tactic to try not to pay. File a complaint with your state Dept of Insurance and with the IN Dept of Insurance.

I have been waiting over a year to properly settle out a claim with this insurance company they have passed the buck more times than I can count, horrible service. They take your premiums but when something happens they are not cooperating with anything, I have to fight for everything that is due to me. I have had to pay out of my own pocket way more than my deductable to the tune of about 5K on stuff that should of been covered. I am going to report them to Insurance commissions in every state they sell insurance in. This insurance is hardly worth the paper it is written on.
