Once again a HUGE rate increase! I don't really believe your projections for payout of claims. I would like to know the salaries of the top executives.
When I signed up for your long term insurance I was very happy with the terms. Now, though, I have become very disenchanted with your constant LARGE increases in premiums each year due to ANTICIPATED claims. Claims that may not even happen. If I hadn't already put so much into my policy I would change in a flash.
