Santa Fe Auto Insurance Company

Rear-ended by a drunk driver who fled the scene (Santa Fe's client!). Lied to by adjuster who attempted to manipulate figures. Took three weeks to get a rental car because they needed to talk to their client (who was in jail!). They finally approved a rental car, but called the rental car company six days into the rental and said they wouldn't cover it effective the day before (effectively back-dating their coverage without any notification to us). Still no settlement, no car and now no rental. This company is more the sub-standard. They are bottom of the barrel. Insure with anyone else and you will do better.

This company is a scam, if you pay them they will never pay your claims.

After months of inattention to our claim you finally sent us a check for repairs but sent a check of only $120.00 for auto rental which is supposed to cover the "8 to 10 days" that the Collision King body shop near our home says it will take for the repairs. Your adjuster said "6 days". Even if it takes 6 days to repair, body shops work 5-1/2 so it necessitates a replacement vehicle for a weekend, no matter how you figure it, let alone the "8 to 10 days" the body shop has told us. Our vehicle is a very fine Hyundai Azera with all the bells and whistles. Where can we rent a reliable vehicle for "8 to 10 days" with automatic transmission, air condition and cruize control for $120.00? We see the following in your reviews. We've had it with your company. It takes $285.00 minimum. If you don't come up with the full $285.00 we will have an attorney file a "Dealing In Bad Faith" claim against you.
