This company sucks. I didn't request to change my home owners insurance policy, then I find out these people somehow changed it to them. NOT COOL! Now my premiums have gone up. I WANT MY OLD POLICY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purchased a policy from them and it took almost a month before I received my declarations. Then after having a claim I was told that it would take almost a week before I could get a rental car and then my claim was pushed back even further. I'm going back to my prior insurance company where they are on MY Side!
