I was unable to ever get a live person to confirm INS benefits for one of my patients or an address to send claims to so now the patient is being billed and she is not to happy about it. I sugguested she find a new insuance company that is honorable and honest and excessable.

Our insurance was to start on Nov. 1st., after my policy had ended. After requesting it more than once and having them repeat the date. They chose to deduct to premium again in Nov. They don't return calls and when you talk to them they will tell you what you want to hear. After canceling my insurance they still deducted the dental premium. What part of cancel did they not understand?
