Just to let you know, if you consistantly pay late, then you are going to get calls, most likely not just from your insurance people. And you should be glad they call you; do you want your house to burn down only to find out you have no insurance because you did not pay it??
and claims... Claims are paid based on a fixed rate for zip codes/areas/counties. All adjusters use a very simalar pay scale. If you get more than several roofers saying you have damage, then the insurance company will listen. My agents office is very nice. They are always professional and pleasant and they have helped me anytime I needed it. The price for this insurance is low. You pay for what you get, and I am thankful I can afford this.
