This is a terrible health insurance company. They constantly reject claims that are valid. They will do everything that they can to avoid paying you, hoping that you will get tired of appeals. This is the worse company that I can imagine. We are still fighting a valid claim that occurred 2 years ago.
DUMP this company if you have it!!!! It is a never ending nightmare. Not paying covered expenses, finding one excuse after another, and either not returning calls when promised or calling and leaving a long distance number for YOU to pay for. They are really good at saying no to claims. They have apologized on occasion for incorrectly denying payment but still continue to make the same mistakes! EVERYONE, REALLY, CALL THE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER AND REPORT THIS COMPANY.
