Worst company in the world. I would rather pay double the amount in order to get the right customer service. Everyone that works there does not help! Dont even waste your time wasting your breath like I did. Just hire a lawyer and have them give you a refund plus any distress. This is exactly what im doing, since nobody in that company can help. 1 star rating, no wonder your company is so pathetic. I will be writing to BBB association as well.
High premiums, for low coverage, careless agents, and no support when you get in an accident. Poor overall.

The claim department sucks! They do not reply to my emails or give me a call back. Then the lady goes on vacations and no one can take care of my file...nice one! While she goes on vacations I have to struggle with my car.
DO NOT TRUST VIKING INSURANCE!! I bought a motorcycle in 2009 and paid for a year in full of insurance. I received letters from Viking stating they were going to cancel my insurance due to nonpayment of monthly premium. When I called they told me don't worry about it they would fix it in this system and we had the same problem for the next few months. We finally stopped getting the threats in the mail but, we found out why when our bike was stolen and they refused to pay because they had already cancelled our insurance!! They offered a year of free insurance instead.... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
This company is horrible, they never answer my calls, they never return my calls and the claims department is the worst ever...
This is the best auto insurance company, I love Viking insurance company and Dairyland, best customer service.
Currently in the process of suing this company for fraud and bad faith.
I sell insurance, independent agent. I represent numerous companies. I have been happy with Dairyland/Viking Insurance and have worked with them for many years. They have great prices, especially for those with less than perfect records and other high risk drivers. I do not have any complaints about the customer service. They answer the phone when I call and are happy to assist. I have not had any customer complaints with this company. The satisfaction of my customers is my priority. If I had problems with any company, I wouldn't sell their products.

worst company to have as an insurance provider, trash reps for customer service and no care for the people that are paying them for crap! i've been throwing my money away with this company for almost 3 years now and did they give 2 craps when i asked for some decent customer care? no !! no they didn't . Pieces of crap
If I had to do it all over again, and my choice was to run my hand through the garbage disposal or to use this company, I would choose the former. I am working on two months to get my repairs done, have had to pay for everything in advance, and have been able to speak to no one in the claims office. As well, I have had to do all of the leg work myself. This has been the worst service I've ever experienced. This review form does not allow negative stars. Unfortunate.
