To whom may concern , My father Alberto V. Garcia worked for this company from 1960 to 1973 and was a multi million producer for 8 years in roll . He retired in 1995 and he had about 8 policy and with his retirement from western and southern and he had his burial expenses taken care of with this policy. He died Feb, 22 2012 I called the company the following day and they could not get me answers regarding the policy I talked to someone in the benefits department and got the run around then I was connect to a supervisor who said he would look into the matter on 02/23/12 but as of today 03/08/12 has never called back. I can not see how a company would treat an employee in this way I am glad he did not see this treatment. I will make it my goal to inform all the different media about this company again I hope you will respond to this E mail or my phone no. All I ask for burial expenses 888-670-3383 Ext 1
