    My wife’s car was hit by an ACCC policy holder, and I’ve spoken to the adjuster and she told me that they were getting a hold of the Policy holder and it’s been two weeks and nothing has been done and I’ve called more than 7 times and they don’t return phone calls.

    And the harris County Sheriff Office don’t have their police report ready still so that’s another factor. I see some people have the same complaint as me.

    Terrible service. Bad attitudes, drags feet intentionally.

    You will have to do your own investigating even gathering your own police report. They will give several excuses, in hopes that you get angry and give up.

    I am so mad right now. I got rear-ended by somebody insured by this company. I have 2 small kids in car seats . My husband car does not have any seat belts in the back seat. They did take responsibility, but only gave me a rental car for 3 days.

    I have to go to work if I don’t I do not get pay. My husband does not get paid much. Right now we have a little food stamps. If I lose my job I might not have electricity for my kids and water.

    Also, I had my car in the shop for 2 weeks now and they have not given the OK to start working on it plus I have been hurt I do have a lawyer and they are even having a hard time with them. I can not even make my doctor appointments. I also having a hard time to take my son to pre k. So depress right now stress and worried. Oh my, I am so worried.

    Our new vehicle was rear-ended by one of their dopey insured. ACCC adjuster claimed that force of impact only affected BOTTOM on our vehicle – obviously, ACCC’s adjuster wasn’t an “A” student in PHYSICS! As a result, they don’t want to cover all damage.

    We will pursue – I think I am beginning to have back and neck problems, after all. Should have paid the claim properly, ACCC! Now, it will cost you MUCH more.

    WOW… That’s all I can say about this company!

    It seems like everyone else is having the same problem I am having! A one-star rating here and an F rating with the better business bureau! Long story short I was hit by one of their junkie insured and they have taken responsibility of the accident. That is where the problems begin….

    1. First, they say they can’t pay for my rental because I got the rental BEFORE the appraiser arrived? WHAT THE F***!? I was careless and needed to get to school and work what was I supposed to do!?

    2. They completely rip me off for over 2 grand less than what the body shop told me what the repairs were and they expect me to cover the rest… Like h*** I will.

    I seriously don’t know how the h*** these people are even in business or haven’t had their license revoked.

    You people that are complaining about this company saying they are the worse to deal with have obviously never dealt with Fred Loya lol ACCC has been a great insurer to me.

    Its always the people that know nothing about insurance that complain the most. If they’re that bad then file with your own insurance company…oh…let me guess. You have liability only? Then you obviously don’t care THAT much about your car and everyday life and errands so stop complaining like whining babies.

    And no I ‘m not an employee of ACCC just a satisfied ACCC customer that has experience as a claims adjuster and knows what it’s like to hear this kind of b******* all day long!!!

    I was rear-ended last Sunday night by a client of this ACCC company. They won’t answer calls from me or my lawyer. I have a totaled car and a neck injury. I have called, faxed and so has my attorney.

    They need to be shut down and the claims person, Jennifer Pate certainly needs a legitimate job with a reputable company. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

    Was hit in Sept. and it is now Feb. Vehicle still hasn’t been fixed, medical bills are still piling up, they are saying they won’t even cover my lost wages because of the amount of the policy. I had to have back surgery for 3 disc herniations… that was over 40k… saying they have 30k to offer…

    don’t know what to do. they never call back. not wanting to help resolve this at all. About to get a lawyer.

    The story seems to be the same. I was rear ended by their insured who was ASLEEP at the time and told police the truth. Accident was on 1/24 and as of 2/12 (19 days) still do not have a check. My car was totaled and ACCC has paid for only 11 days rental & then said that the rental was no longer approved since my vehicle was totaled, I’m now on foot.

    The company does NOT return calls & their customer service varies from completely indifferent to combative. They wanted my title and said they would mail the check, but I found their “hidden” office in Bedford, Texas and visited. They required a POA, even though the vehicle is paid for.

    I’m going back again to try to get my check. Do NOT buy insurance from this company.

    Horrible service.

    I also got rear ended by one of their issued. FIVE DAYS later and I have never spoken to the adjuster. They don’t call and no rental.

    ACCC is full of jerks & crooks!

    I don’t know how and why they are still operating!! There are a massive number of complaints against them. It is my request to Texas Board of Insurance and other Compliance Enforcement Agencies to look into this personally and save Texans and other US citizens from the Big Fraud Company.

    I am giving a 1 to these jerks just to submit my review.

    I have filed an official complaint with Insurance Commissioner on this company that also does business under Tejas Seguros, Aggressive, National Unity and no telling how many other names.

    They are CROOKS and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They do not pay on a claim no matter what the claim was for.

    BUYER BEWARE! These people are FAKES and Frauds!!! Be better off to not have any insurance at all!

    I have had the worst experience with this company. My claim adjuster Norma Lopez is very rude and she is not willing to work with you. I am not an insured of the company, but her insurer was at fault. She had the police report and a month rolled over and she was not willing to help because she had to get a statement from her insurer.

    I tried to get a rental car she was not willing to help. Norma never returns phone calls. I called to speak to her manager he never returned my phone call as well. I had to email her to see how my claim was going.

    Once I emailed her she responded and stated her insurer was at fault. Why did I have to email her? My vehicle was hit 11/29/2014 and 01/09/2015 is when I heard from her. If she does not want to deal with the customers maybe she should find another job..

    I have not heard anything else since she gave me an offer. I have emailed her and called her. If anyone knows where Norma Lopez is, tell her she can at least respond to her emails. She is very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    F minus!!!!!!!!!!!! I can not believe that this great country or this great state of Texas allows scum like ACCC to operate. Nobody ever returns calls. Their stupid insured rear-ended me because she is stupid and too busy texting to pay attention while driving.

    We are required by law to have minimum liability insurance, but when people use ACCC insurance the only people that benefit is ACCC because they don’t pay their claims, leaving the insured liable for damages and the people they hit very inconvenienced and financially damaged.

    The rate above (Liz, on Jan 2014) is obviously an employee of ACCC, or gets paid write soft on behalf of the thousands of people that have been screwed by ACCC Insurance.

    By the way, does anyone know if this a foreign company, seems like they figured out how to screw America and laugh all the way to their oil fields.
