I am constantly having to call three to four days after my auto insurance cards have gone out of date to request new ones.
At this point I’m a little nervous to find out what will happen if I actually have a claim……still waiting on my cards, as of 06/18/2012

I have had an open claim with them for nearly three months with no hint of paying. I was hit by one of their policy holders and would hate to see what being their client would feel like.

I would give them a 0 but that was not an option. I am very upset with them and am therefore taking the time to do this. This is the email I sent them which explains my issue.
“I am very disappointed in the customer service I received regarding an issue I had with my policy. I
called concerning a double payment that I made in April due to an automatic withdrawal that was
setup. I made a second payment because the withdrawal did not come out when it was supposed to
and I was worried that it was canceled.
When I called to have one of the payments reversed because I cannot afford to make 2 payments in one month
no one was willing to help me and I was told to contact my bank. I did and one of the payments was returned.
Although your company still received a payment for April I was removed from automatic withdrawal and therefore
now have to pay extra fees a month and was also charged a return fee.
I have never had this type of customer service with any other company I have been a customer with.
I am very disappointed that no one was willing to work with me on this and I am therefore canceling my policy
with you at the end of this month. When I call customer service, I expect to receive just that.
There are plenty of other companies willing to go out of their way to keep me as a customer and I will not settle for anything less. ”
I’ve never had any other company just refuse to do anything whether it be insurance or any other.
