I had too much headache dealing with these scumbags and crooks. Their estimate is way too low, that with it you can’t fix a bicycle. Their labor rate is $26(That is what they told me). (in any body shop labor is not under $70), and you can assume what quality of service you will get for $26.
They will force you to use their shops or you can take estimate money and fix 10% of your car with it.. I paid full price premium for 6 months, I check with Progressive they are more expensive just for $50 for the same full coverage insurance policy.
They will send you to some lowest-grade body shops and they will make an estimate even not looking at the car, and based on 3-4 pictures.
DON’T GET THIS SCUMBAG INSURANCE, YOU WILL REGRET AS I DID.
I am out of my nerves dealing with Maggy and Ketty, possible the only employees there. I am wondering who let these crooks to run any kind of business.

For the love of god, do not go with this insurance company.
I sat on hold for 45 min. only to have the WORST rudest supervisor offer up some sorry excuse for customer service. Literally, my car is in worse shape because of them.
They are rude, unhelpful, all around a complete waste of money. This company needs to go out of business.

This is the worst insurance company. Awful customer service, RUDE managers (I know, right?).
They will not return your calls or talk to you peacefully. Both the representatives, the managers/supervisors are rude and uneducated people. If you want to keep your customers, learn how to behave first.
If you think this is an insurance company, its not. This is a ridiculous office full of “employees” who will ruin your day and will need to pay for it. Do not waste your time, energy and health dealing with these rude people.
They will not help you or protect you and your vehicle in any way.

ABSOLUTE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY!
I was without a car for THREE Months. If I hadn’t decided to claim thru my own insurance company I probably would never see my car again. I was rear-ended by one of their policyholders and ever since then I get nothing but a HEADACHE, STRESS, AND AM FINANCIALLY RUINED. They did not reimburse my car rental which they said they would.
They are CHEAP, liars, and will do anything NOT to pay you.
Claudia Carmona needs to get fired and the company needs to get out of business! You get hit with one of their policyholders you are SCREWED FOR GOOD!

If you’re looking to buy insurance DO NOT USE American Access Casualty! If you already are insured by them get an attorney! Over 2 months and they still won’t settle my claim. Constant lies from these people, sit on hold forever only to be dumped to voice mail. They don’t return calls unless you keep leaving voicemails every hour or so.
They will try to force you to use “their network body shops” they are very clever in their wording so as not to break the law. Their tactic is to place the blame on your body shop by saying your body shop hasn’t sent this document or that document etc. etc.
CHECK WITH YOUR STATE INSURANCE BOARD! The numbers of complaints in Texas, Arizona, Illinois, and Nevada are staggering, to say the least!
The only words that come to mind regarding this company are Dishonest, liars (documented & proven), incompetent, arrogant, and rude.
Please save yourself a lot of grief and stay as far away from this company as possible, choose an honest reputable company.
