    I rate it: POOR!

We are in El Paso, Texas and Bravo Insurance don’t pay the providers or the facilities. I agree with the last comment!

Worst insurance ever. Refuses to pay for meds. Argues on any little thing.

    Worst insurance company ever!

High co- pays, don’t want to admit you in the hospital when you need to be kept, won’t pay for rehab services where I wanted to go. Never again!

You know my mom has bravo and I just want you to know that if you can’t provide insurance and help then you should not con this elderly to sign. my mom just had a brain tumor and I can’t get any home provider and any medication and stuff for her, so why do you call our self an insurance if you are not?

I am on the verge to get a lawyer so this will not want to happen to another elder and I am I will make it public because you guys are a con insurance agency.

The only Bravo plan that doesn’t receive a health club membership is the classic plan, but the Medicaid people get a membership. This needs to be changed.

This insurance company should be closed!

    Worst insurance ever!

Claim was denied for ambulance ride from Nursing home to hospital for possible blood clot formation following knee replacement surgery, and two months prior to that I had an emergency during the middle of the night that required ambulance transportation to the ER, and that was also denied.

This insurance is recommended for seniors, but the coverage is worse than if I stayed with Medicare only! This is a terrible way to treat seniors who are retired with little or no other options.

In a perfect world, all of the decision makers of this company should have to live by their decisions when they become seniors! Let’s see how much they like their coverage.

When Cigna Heath Springs was Bravo it had many offers that Cigna took away. Cigna has not approved several of meds that I have taken for a long time, and I needed them.

Also, it is difficult to find a physician or surgeon that takes Cigna. I used to be able to go to Abington Hospital for services which now I cannot. I am wishing Bravo was back in charge again.
