I don’t have a website so I entered my email address. On 3/2/2014 My grandson, who was visiting me for the weekend, took my new 2014 Impala, in the middle of the night, without permission, or knowledge from me. He hit something. I called Police the next morning when my neighbor ask what happened t.o my car. This was a Sunday.

I called my Farmers Agent the following morning. I was contacted by the claims adjuster and was given the options to take my car in for repairs and assured that this would not cause any change or harm to my insurance. BIG LIE, I have everything I own insured with Farmers. Two Vehicles, both my vehicle policy’s Doubled. My 2014 Impala went from $682.00 to $1400.00.. My 2002 Envoy went from $522.00 to $1015.00. I carried full coverage on both vehicles.

Had someone been honest with me about filing a claim, I would have gladly paid for the repairs out of Pocket, Total of repairs was $1690.66 which includes my $250.deductible. Very smart on Farmers part. As a result of this, I now have to pay Farmers and additional $7,500.00 for the next three years. I am a widowed, retired, female, 67. Farmers better hope I live another 3 years.
