    This is the biggest JOKE I’ve ever seen for ins. It doesn’t PAY anything!!! It sucks and I am sorry I ever met the fast talker that sold it to us!!!!

    I purchased a plan that was very good. I had to use it about 7 months after Purchased, and they paid what the agent explained to me.

    Overall, I had a very good experience. Compliments to the company and agent. Thank you!

    I don’t know how a company that I pay almost $10,000 a yr in premiums only pays 10% of a claim repeatedly….their coverage is a complete joke and I will find another company to take my money as well as try to spread the word about this company..

    I used this company for several years. When I had an issue I contacted my agent; he was always helpful. We talked several times over the years, usually contacted me regarding rate increases.

    Well I got insurance through my fiancĂ© and contacted him and said I wanted to cancel my policy the first of December 2017. I didn’t hear from him but assumed he handled it. I was charged in December and January for coverage I didn’t need.

    I contacted customer service and was told in order to cancel you had to contact them. I would have gladly done so had my agent told me instead of simply ignoring my request.

    I sent them the email requesting cancellation and was told it would be forwarded for review. I also called my agent and left a message.

    He NEVER returned my call. They canceled my policy and gave me a SMALL portion back of the premiums I paid in December and January. They had NO problem communicating when my rates were increasing but when I wanted to cancel, that was a completely different story.

    Don’t ever use this company; they are dishonest!

    I feel this company is very misleading and untrustworthy.

    I had a representative explain their healthcare policy and helped me get signed up. He said I would receive my paperwork explaining the full benefits of my plan in a few weeks. He made the insurance sound amazing and explained my policy would cover accident protection, serious illness plan, specialists, and no referral needed.

    When people sign up for insurance they hope they never need it, unfortunately, I did. I had to see a specialist and surgery was recommended ASAP, I had surgery a few days later. I got home from the hospital and started receiving an Explanation of Benefits from the company denying coverage for anything.

    My specialists’ visits were denied because their offices were located in a hospital/outpatient facility even though my agent said specialists were covered 80/20. Nothing was mentioned about location. A week after my surgery I was diagnosed with cancer.

    Yesterday I received a total bill from the hospital for almost $19000. I called Freedom Life and their representative told me insurance wasn’t covered under my plan. This was never explained to me and I believed in good faith that all insurance covered surgeries to some extent.

    I then asked about the serious illness plan that was included with my plan since I was diagnosed with cancer. I was told that female reproductive issues weren’t covered unless you had the policy for six months, again this was never mentioned to me when signing up.

    I pay almost $500 a month for my husband and me, and they refuse to cover anything.
