    I got a quote for Garrison through USAA – and it was waaaay cheaper than what I was paying with Nationwide. Want to know how much cheaper? I am now getting my car insurance AND my homeowners’ insurance for the same price I used to pay for just the car. Yahoo!

    Note: this review is based solely on the quote. I have not had any claims on either policy, so can’t speak to how the claims process went!

    Not a member/had to file a claim*

    Your company representative named Johnathan Twining took my claim. He had such a positive attitude and walked me through the claim process with patience even though I was irritated by the accident. John was excellent and deserves a bonus for 5/5 star customer service.

    I have a claim to this company for damage to my car and called me and never have asked me or anything and I call the phone never leaves anyone.

    need help I have no car and no money to buy one I live in Miami, Florida.

    Poor service on PIP claim. Would only pay medical provider who was one of their preferred providers. Would not pay emergency room bills.

    Rating, zero, these individuals believe they can DENY YOU WERE INJURED IN A CAR ACCIDENT and refuse to pay MedPay Pip.

    Refusing to pay disability policy so you can get treated!

    Fraud 100 percent

    This trash company will certainly destroy itself. Simply Google phrases like USAA REFUSING TO PAY BENEFITS….You’ll be stunned.
    Adjuster thought phone was on hold when she was posting on Facebook at work INSTEAD OF PAYING CLAIM.

    How can you live with yourself as a company when you have no feelings for the disabled? Really … one of your insurers hits a woman with cerebral palsy and you haven’t paid for her a new vehicle. Yes her vehicle was a motorized wheelchair but you should be happy they are not as expensive as a car.

    My friends and I will either cancel our insurance policies or NEVER insure with your company. I’m also going to put this incident by your company out there for the rest of the world to see.

    This group as indicated by other folks is absolutely terrible and not helpful. They do not process claims accurately and have no regards to how accidents affect people these days.

    I have been chasing them for a week attempting to resolve matters where one of USAA’s policyholder was at fault. Not only is my situation not resolved I cannot even speak to no adjuster since they never answer phone calls or emails. Simple resolution next is my law firm…
