    As a customer, I have been treated horribly since Geico made a mistake that has caused me personal stress, mental distress and a financial loss since a mistake made by an agent changed the way I felt about my insurance company.

    Geico has treated me like I’m a liar and each supervisor has been rude and made unnecessary comments. Geico made a mistake by changing my policy before the date I wanted which was when my policy was to be renewed. Not the March 23 date. I was told by a supervisor that changes are typically changed when you call. I wasn’t calling to change my policy on march 22. I told the agent to change it for my upcoming policy renewal. They are refusing to cover my march 24 loss because of Geico’s mistake.

    I do not have a home computer and I had no active email or I would have caught the mistake your agent made. I filed a complaint with the insurance commission and next will be legally. I want Geico to take responsibility for their mistake.
