    SO FAR NO PROBLEMS…

They have given us the run around nonstop. They are denying the guy that rear ended us has insurance with them. Time for a lawyer I guess.

They booted me from their homeowner’s insurance for the one fact that the scammers who I bought the house from demanded I put a certain insurance coverage on it. Do not blame me for the fact that I was charged $95,000 for a $29,000 dump, and that the scammers want it insured to the max.

I would not recommend Hallmark Insurance company to anyone. They gave me two weeks notice to get new insurance. Now we are scrambling to find homeowners insurance to please the bank.

I have never been so upset… Their driver hit me and they are treating me like a common criminal… AND THE CHECK THEY SENT ME ISN’T EVEN CASHABLE!!! What a joke

ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH. I would rather have my intestines pulled slowly and painfully from my body before dealing with them again.

Every month we paid our bill, every month they reported us to the DMV for no insurance. They do not communicate with you AT ALL and cancel your policy without warning. Then, when you politely try to resolve the issue they created, they treat you like you’re ignorant and are rude.

What they are doing should be illegal. Hopefully, word of mouth can help put them out of business.

I will give up my drivers license and car before using this insurance again.

I tried to give them a negative rating but unfortunately, 1 is the lowest. They don’t even deserve that.

It’s outrageous that this company has the BBB A+ rating!

I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. I get rear-ended by their client–1st they tell me my car is dirty & therefore not worth the $6000 to get it fixed; then they tell me it’s totaled but worth more than the $10,000 policy their client had so they can’t pay me; then they tell me it’s my fault because I should have MY insurance company pay for the damage!!

And they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. I got all my information about what they decided from the body shop. It’s a nightmare. Don’t even think about getting cut-rate insurance from this scam outfit. You can get personally sued if your insurance co. won’t cover you adequately.

ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO DEAL WITH.

For being my 1st accident, they are rude and now want to say that the damage on my hood did not come from the accident when I had just gotten my car from the dealership.

Just taking people’s money, won’t answer the phone and when they do it’s the same story every time. They even said they mailed a check that never seems to make it. NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS !!!! SCAM!!

If you been with the company and haven’t had any problems just wait until one of their policy holders hits you in traffic then you’ll feel my pain

  10. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 19. May, 2013 at 12:00 am #

I had the misfortune of being backed into by one of Hallmark’s clients in a parking lot. I even had a witness who tried to wave their client down before he backed into my car and their client even APOLOGIZED for backing into me.

After giving hallmark my statements I get a call from Natasia saying we backed into each other and they would only cover 50% of my repairs and send a voucher for a rental car. I clearly told her I did NOT agree with her findings and I would call her back after speaking with my insurance (allstate).

The next day I called back, no answer. Called 2 more times, left voicemails. Had Allstate call multiple times, no answers. A week goes by, I check my mail and low and behold there is a check from Hallmark for 50% of my repairs and no rental car voucher!

This company is a joke. Not returning, or answering calls because they know they are in the wrong? So childish, I don’t know what kind of business they think they are running.
