    THIS COMPANY HAS BEING ONE OF THE WORSE COMPANIES I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

    EVERY CUSTOMER REP WILL TELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT, AND AT TIMES, MONTHS AFTER COVERING A BENEFIT WILL TELL YOU IT WAS NOT COVERED AND WANT YOU TO PAY. NEVER GET THIS INS.

    I have never been so upset over talking with Humana reps., about billing in my life. For past 3 mos., they say it is taken care of but I still get the doctors and hospital bills from 2011. I do not want to rate them I want a direct answer.

    I pay them each and every month and all I get it the runaround. Would someone please contact me for help that can speak English and cares about their customers.

    I have been on hold with a representative for 40 minutes now :/ Sounds crazy but it’s important to get through today.

    Customer support seems to be very poor.

    BAD company on all levels.

    The supervisors and managers are just as bad as the people they have answering their calls from their customers. Fix and eat your breakfast then have a snack made up for lunch before you sit down to start making calls to Humana because it’s going to be a long, bumpy, ride and you WILL be placed on hold for long periods, then transferred no less than three times to speak with someone else and the process begins all over again, retelling each person the same thing, that is, if they will even allow you to get a word in. They try to tell the customer what they think the customer is calling for instead of listening.

    They are VERY good at interrupting before the customer finishes what they are trying to explain, then you start all over again with another representative. The only times I’ve had pleasant experiences with Humana’s people are the times when someone FROM the company calls to speak with me about something related to my insurance. Sad, sad, sad!

    Next enrollment period this year I’ll choose another company. I gave Humana one star because it’s the very lowest they allow to use.
