Do not do business with Roy Alan Jordan from the Dallas, Texas area. He is an agent for this company. He commits insurance fraud and is under investigation with the dept. of Texas. He is a con artist.
This company issues late/NSF fees that equate to more than the monthly service charge. They also have been known to not honor emergency room visits blatantly contradictory to the coverage allotted on the contract.
Worst customer service.
This company sucks don’t ever go throw them or deal with them. They give you the runaround.
Electronic answering system repeats over and over, will not connect to anybody. No live person ever comes on!
This company doesn’t allow you to pay for your insurance online! Never have I experienced that, late on technology!

Try to make an online payment so you won’t be late on your payment when it falls on a weekend, it’s not possible. they say it is but that’s a lie.
Try to do it over the phone you will end up in an endless loop.

This company sells a 7-day policy in Michigan through crooks and then charge 3 times the rate of a regular insurance policy. So what they do in effect is encourage poor people to drive without insurance on top of ripping them off. Their whole business is a fraud.

My boyfriend’s car got hit by someone that was trespassing on our land and now the company doesn’t want to pay the claim. This was witnessed by an officer and they say they can’t do anything because they haven’t reached the girl to verify it was her fault. She was drunk and trespassing on our land. What a load of bull.
Get ready for the lawsuit because now we are going for lost wages too. Do not deal with this company and if you have to file a claim get ready to be denied.

I work for an insurance agent’s office and attempted to call in a 1st report. The lady that took the report was not only extremely slow but very rude to me. While taking the report I simply asked her if she would be able to provide a claim # once the report is completed. Very sarcastically she replied, “You’ll get it when I’m finished!”

They keep on hold forever and ever, and I can not even talk to the customer service to make an auto claim.

Horrible!!!! This is not my insurance company, it is the insurance company of the guy that rear ended me while I was stopped at a red light. They have done nothing but give me the run around.
The accident was 3 days ago, and they still have not even looked at my car. They are saying possibly next week, which would put it at 6 or 7 days after the accident. The adjuster does not return my phone calls. They say that they are accepting liability for the accident because their insured was at fault.
However, they have refused to give me a rental car so that I can go see my doctor. They also informed me that they make absolutely no commitment to pay any medical bills, and that any possibility of payment of any medical bills depends on the dollar value of the damage to my car.
Huh????? What does one have to do with the other? And of course, I can’t even get the adjuster out to look at the car, so when are we going to figure that out???
I found one of their providers that I could take my car to and have it taken care of immediately, but they say I can’t go to them because I have a bodily injury claim, so they have to send one of their field reps out to look at the car.
Again, what does one have to do with the other??? Are they just making up the rules as they go along???
I thought that this was going to be a simple case, but they are giving me the total run around and I am stuck without a car to get to work or to medical care because of them.
I won’t put up with it. I had no intention of suing anybody, but I contacted my attorney today. They can deal with her from now on.
I will go rent a car and get to the doctor, and she will make them pay for it. I’ve had it! They are total crooks!!!
