    Very greedy insurance company. They steal money from all kinds of people. They terminate your insurance, regardless if you paid or not.

    It’s quite obvious that this insurance company should be under criminal investigation.

    I’ve had an accident with a person insured by them, and it was clearly his fault. Yet they are trying their best not to pay a penny.

    Do NOT go with this company.

    I never had a late payment, and every month I would get a cancellation notice BEFORE my bill!. That’s harassment. I will be taking them to court.

    Worst company ever.

    The only problem I have with you guys is you’re not open 24 hrs. You can’t even register a car after 4pm, doesn’t make any sense also your guys don’t even have a website.

    Someone insured by this company hit my vehicle, left the scene, and I am out the money. Insurance is denying the claim.

    I sent the down payment for renewal by overnight mail and 10 days have passed and still did not receive my new id card.

    It took 2 weeks to get claims to process the paperwork after a lot of calls despite the fact that it was their insured was at fault. Now the claims rep (Stephanie Blumlein) does not return calls, emails, etc.

    I will end up paying the body shop for damage, rental car expense, etc. because they don’t want to process the claim. I hope they all die tomorrow!

    They insured my fleet of vehicles. I send in twice the minimum payment for two policies. They sent it back because I guess their accounting people can figure out how to divide one check between two policies. Then they have the Gaul to cancel one policy for none payment.

    I pay the least for my policy under this company but I have to go to my insurance agent to pay cash from now on since they held one of my checks for 3 WEEKS.

    I hate the way they run their business, though for right now they have the cheapest policy.

    I’ve had a policy with this company for 7 years. It’s liability only, and I’ve never filed a claim, so I cannot vouch for the way they handle claims.

    They have no website, and they have several company names. They just seem super unprofessional. Once, I bought a different car, and when I went to switch the policy over, they failed to do the paperwork on time. I got a letter from the DMV stating that my registration would be suspended if I did not get proof of insurance. Paperwork went thru on the exact day of the deadline.

    They are a seriously unprofessional company but I can’t find any other insurance quote that is less than double what I pay to national liability & fire.

    I wish I could give this company no stars, negative if possible! This is the WORST insurance company of which I’ve had to deal with.

    They are the most unprofessional, rudest, and most difficult people to talk to. They try to get their way out of paying for anything – repairs, rentals, etc. EVEN WHEN IT’S THEIR INSURED’S FAULT!!!

    They are not helpful by any means – they do not return phone calls, e-mails, or any inquiries. Whenever you do get to talk to someone, they do not have any people or social skills whatsoever and say the most obnoxious comments for company representatives.

    Overall, this company lacks any type of business skills. Even having the option to be insured by them should be taken down/away. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    This insurance company steals all kinds of other people’s information. They needed everybody in the households, employer’s personal address. I’m not sure that’s even legal.

    One of their clients hit my vehicle and told them her car was stolen they believe he even though I have a police report saying otherwise worst insurance stay away and if their client hit you consider it a loss.

    I wish I would have read this first!

    These people stole my money like a common criminal. They never filed my insurance with the state of California and the state wouldn’t grant me my operating authority because of it. The only reason they didn’t is because they wanted to insure my other vehicles which were leased out to another company already.

    I wasted over $8,000 and have to take them to court to get it back! They are criminals!

    I agree w/everyone else this company sucks!

    paid my renewal and 4 monthly installments, so I’m 6 moths in and they send a cancellation notice saying I only paid $63 toward the premium. Took 2 weeks for them to find my misapplied payments.

    In addition, I’m still waiting for them to complete a review of my defensive driver certification which I submitted Oct 2012 for a discount on my 2012-2013 policy!

    and there’s so much more but not enough room here …one star cause the review won’t post w/out it – another scam

    This company has some of the most incompetent people working for them that I’ve ever had the displeasure to deal with. Car accidents are difficult enough to deal with without having the insurance company dick you around.

    I have had to personally contact them multiple times to request that they get things moving, my insurance company has contacted them multiple times, and they continually “misplace” paperwork having to do with the accident.

    I would not recommend this company to anyone! And if the person who hits you has this insurance, be prepared for a very long difficult and frustrating process! The only reason they received one star is because it will not allow me to put zero.

    I have had to wait hours to get anybody on the line for customer service. During the process of a claim, they sent me minimal information as to how the claim was being processed, never returned my phone calls, and never informed me of specific damages I was liable to pay.

    Horrible, nasty and rude is the least you can say about this company and their employees. Like Phillip Wasta that answered “I am not a psychic” to tell when my claim would be cleared, are abhorrent.

    Hope you never have to deal with them .

    Extremely unprofessional and misleading. Never get the same answer on the same question, which means they pull their answers out of their thumbs. Be extremely cautious with the money as they won’t pay you.

    It’s been 6 months since they said they’ll pay. Now they are just hiding and not picking up their phones, screening it through the voicemail. Emails look like general auto-response pre-written by some scam-folks.

    They cancelled our policy without notifying us then told us a month later!!! This lapse of insurance is both illegal and is now resulting in $200 a month liability insurance at another company because no-one will take us with a lapse of insurance. Their illegal practices are causing us $1,400.

    Paid every month but still pulled over by police for not being insured. Received letters from the state saying that we didn’t have insurance but we did. Had to call them 5 times to get them to finally submit proof of our insurance to the state.

    They said they mailed us our proof of insurance 4 times but we only received it after requesting it the 5th time. Yet that whole time we were getting our bills in the mail. They do not have a website. They outsource all their customer service so nobody knows anything or can actually help you. They only accept payment through mail.
    Terrible Customer Service.

    Worst insurance ever very unprofessional my vehicle was hit while being parked it’s been a month since the vehicle has being fixed and the Chevy dealer won’t release it till they get paid my location chicago I’ll I’ve been calling the adjuster Matt and has being rejecting my calls.. If i would of known i would of had made the claim throughout my own insurence.. All this time they’ve had me goin in circles..
