    I am very upset by the lack of concern displayed by this company in reference to my accident claim. I am not a policy holder and very grateful not to be one.

    The accident occurred July 9, 2014 when one of your policy holders hit my parked car. The police took the report and the adjuster called the next day and left a message but I was out of town for a funeral. When I returned home (7/15) I began calling and leaving messages sometimes twice a day for the adjuster on her voice mail.

    A couple of times I asked for a supervisor and was told by Customer service rep that he would call me back after he got off the phone or after he returned to the office. I never recorded a call. Frustrated I kept calling because I need to get the repairs done before going back to work.

    Needless to say, I called again yesterday (7/22), and while talking to a Cust Serv Rep, was abruptly, w/o a word, returned to the adjuster’s voice mail. The adjuster finally called me today (7/23)and said she was out of town. Wouldn’t it have made sense for someone in the office, knowing this, to have told me this at some point during some of my calls? This was handled very unprofessionally! I

    cannot image a supervisor not being professional and responsible enough to contact someone with a concern/problem. Because of the poor service and the way my claim has been handled, I feel this company does not appear to be concern about its reputation!

    I recently shopped my homeowner’s policy through an independent agency in Round Rock, TX. National Unity saved me almost $400 and even had higher limits.

    Knock on wood I haven’t experienced any claims or a need to contact them but so far so good!
