    I think agent in plantation Florida are so lazy all I ask is for them call me back when there done now it going on three weeks, still no answer.

    Now one of the agent is going to Romania what kind of business is this bad customer services

    All the negative reviews about this company are absolutely true.

    I was rear ended last week. Their customer admitted fault to the police. They do not answer their calls or reply to your voicemails. They drag their feet on getting an adjuster to view your car.

    Consequently, you’re paying car rental for a long time which they don’t reimburse. Thank god for my ins co, State Farm, who is handling the claim for me. As for their customers, I feel sorry for them. They need to remember that you get what you pay for.

    This company shouldn’t be allowed to operate in the state of Florida, or for that matter, in any state. I intend to put in complaints to the proper regulatory commissions. The only thing they are good at is collecting money from their customers.

    I’m sick and tired of your company issuing auto insurance to ILLEGALS who have NO valid Drivers License. You should be ashamed!

    Agents are disrespectful and they seem to dislike their jobs.

    I spoke to Haley and a bunch of disrespectful representatives, horrible! And all my calls were being held for couple minutes!

    I realized I am paying for something less than a worth of a bookworm. This company is too bad for America.

    This has to be the worst insurance company ever!!!

    I was hit by one of their customers in NC; the claims department has yelled at me, called me names & even hung up on me…..multiple times! I ask for a supervisor & get sent to a voice mail and never get a return call. I’m starting to think he isn’t a real person, just a “file 13” for complaints.

    I was even more thoroughly disgusted when I found out they had made a liability decision WITHOUT my statement, just took the word of their customer, who had constantly lied to my insurance company about what really happened! And sent a demand letter to my insurance company, who already determined I wasn’t at fault. I was also told that since the policy was written in Florida, the laws there applied to the wreck that happened in NC….seriously?!?!

    I wouldn’t trust this company at all!!!!!

    One of the Big Name companies that advertise a LOT on TV was charging me $95/month for basic insurance. When I asked the rep “How many more of these $95 monthly payments will I have to make?”, he simply said “A lot.” OCH had a $35/month basic plan, so I switched over to them.

    My ONLY complaint is that I moved on Jan. 1st and have printed my new address in the return address portion of the envelope, checked the “new address” box on the bill, and filled out the change of address form on the back of ALL FOUR of the monthly bills I’ve paid since then, but my mail continues to be delivered to my former address.

    In fact, I didn’t even receive a monthly statement for April AT ALL! When I realized that I was going to have to pay a “late fee” if I didn’t submit my payment SOON, I went to the office on Apalachee Pkwy and paid without the paper statement.

    All complaints are true.

    I have left several messages to their adjusting companies and never received a callback. It’s been 3 months since the accident happened. There is no one answering a call. It is always answered by an automatic answering machine.

    I hope the state department do something for this kind of company.

    Does anyone work at this company? I was rear-ended by one of your clients four days ago. I have been on hold for three and a half hours and faxed you my number. Have yet to talk to anyone.

    This is so unacceptable. No one should be allowed to conduct insurance claims in this manner.
