I would not use this company or recommend this company to anyone.
I have also reported this company to the bbb. I had a claim and they denied it. They are bad at denying claims. So that you really don’t have insurance.
And when I tried to talk to a supervisor they gave me the runaround and i never did get to talk to a supervisor. Very poor service.

This company is horrible.
They treat folks terribly and should be avoided. They take advantage of good folks in order to save a few bucks for themselves.

They are bottom feeders do not purchase from this company.
I gave them $97.00 as a down payment, I had insurance for three days they took $82.00 of that in so-called fees. Do not get a policy if you owe on the car to a lien holder you pay extra for everything nothing is included with the policy, road side assistance is extra just a bad overall experience with this company. I still have not received my refund, it has been about three weeks since I have canceled my policy.
The general is not real insurance.

Worst Car Insurance company ever!!
I insured a car from a dealership and later found out that the dealership wasn’t going to sell the car. I called to cancel the policy and it is now 6 months later and I have still not received my refund. After several phone calls to them, I still have not resolved this problem.
Their customer service is horrible, rude, and very unhelpful. DO NOT use this Insurance company!!

One of their clients caused an accident. Two weeks later and I am sure it will be longer still we wait while the agent lies and procrastinates. She tells us she just needs this, she just needs that then the story changes again while we do her legwork for her and we were the ones hit.
That doesn’t even begin to cover the rudeness and if you manage to get a return call or another employee they get nervous and want to know who put you through to their extension. They also seem to think it’s ok to take x number of normal working days off and stick you for any charges that accrue.
Avoid permanent general like the plague. They seriously need to be investigated.

Avoid this company if you can pay more money for insurance. They have the worst customer service personnel. They are rude classless people answering their phones.
Almost impossible to reach a non-voicemail and they just sound very low class and uneducated.

Horrible insurance.
It took me more than three days to report an auto accident. I was placed on hold forever, then disconnected each time until I finally got through the last time.

The absolute worst service–
they dragged their feet trying to avoid paying a claim–their client hit our parked vehicle therefore no question of liability; they kept saying “if you want to speed it up, just go through your own insurance”; the supervisor yelled into the phone and said of his low ball offer “if you don’t take this offer, I will just shut the whole case down and that will be the end of it”
they lie about the state regulations (in our state it is a law that they reimburse for sales tax up to a max of $500 when you buy a replacement vehicle in 30 days–they DENIED that, and refused to look into the specific regulation even after we offer to email proof of it; that is either absolute incompetence or fraud! One of the agents actually hung up the phone on me because she did not like my questions;
to summarize–they are incompetent, rude, and likely get a bonus based on how many claims they deny illegally.
